We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been received, it will be dispatched within 24 hours. (Please kindly note we are closed on weekends) Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Customers will also receive a shipment notification email from Australia Post. This email will allow you to see the status of your shipment and follow it through the different stages of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia and 7-14 business days for international orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight of parcel and their destination. Domestic orders over $150.00 and International orders over $200.00 will qualify to ship freight free. We also offer the option of 2 shipping methods for our domestic and international customer- a regular and an expedited service. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct. Children of the Tribe takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

CUSTOMS + DUTY CHARGES

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order. Children of the Tribe cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as a business, we will not do this. 

RETURNS POLICY + CUSTOMER SERVICE

At Children of the Tribe, we understand how important customer service is and will endeavor to respond to all enquiries immediately. We pride ourselves in our product, as well as the service we can provide in other aspects of the business including quick response and dispatch time. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please email info@childrenofthetribe.com We will answer your email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to discuss and provide you with return instructions if necessary. We also have a 24 hour return policy with any returns. If you need to send something back, we will call you once it arrives and organize a replacement/solution within 24 hours. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind but we may provide you with a credit note or exchange. This will be determined on a case by case basis. We do not cover freight costs for any returns unless the return is a result of an error from our part. If you decide to exchange your item because of sizing or because you don’t like the item, there maybe a shipping charge to re-send replacement.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Once in a while, we will have parcels returned back to us because they haven’t been claimed or picked up from local post office. We do not take responsibility of items that are sent back to us unclaimed. If an item makes its way back to us, we will notify you immediately and discuss options of re-sending. Depending on the situation, there maybe be additional shipping charges for re-sending an order.
